Planning Packages

Not all vacations are one-size-fits-all—and neither is the planning support you need. Whether you’re looking for just the basics or a fully guided experience, we offer planning packages to match your comfort level, time, and travel style.

– Basic Package (complimentary): This package includes an initial consultation, personalized vacation quotes tailored to your preferences, booking of your resort, hotel, cruise stateroom, and/or park tickets, and ongoing monitoring of your package for any available discounts.

– Pixie Package ($50): This option includes everything from the Basic Package, along with assistance setting up your My Disney Experience account, coordination of roundtrip transportation from Orlando International (MCO) or Sanford International (SFB), and support with booking dining reservations 60 days before your arrival.

– Platinum Package ($50): Designed for all non-Disney and non-Universal land vacations, this package builds on the Basic Package by including airport transfer arrangements, dining and activity bookings where applicable, custom itinerary building, and full communication with your preferred travel supplier on your behalf.

– Seas the Day ($50): Perfect for cruise travelers, this package includes everything in the Basic Package plus assistance with online check-in, securing reservations for onboard dining and activities, booking port adventures, and coordinating transportation to and from the cruise terminal and airport or resort.

– Flying Carpet Combo ($125): Our most in-depth planning package, this includes the full Pixie Package, plus extra help with navigating Lightning Lanes, special event and tour reservations, guidance with Enchanting Extras like limited-time offerings, recreational activities, and nature experiences, as well as attraction guidance and unlimited access to personalized travel tips and recommendations.

– Fairy Godmother Package ($100): This package is designed for clients who have already booked their Disney vacation but would like expert assistance with planning. It includes help with setting up My Disney Experience, making park reservations, booking dining, arranging airport transportation, and providing advice on Lightning Lane options.

– Red Rose Package ($75): Offered exclusively to returning clients as a thank-you, this package includes the full Basic and Pixie Packages, with the added bonus of support for Lightning Lane, guidance on tours and events, help planning Enchanting Extras, attraction recommendations, and ongoing access to planning tips and support throughout your journey.
